We are involved in our community, our local professional organizations, and our local political structure. Aside from the personal satisfaction that we collectively derive from helping our home community and the people within it, we also gain a degree of insight into the “pulse” of the region that is unattainable anywhere else.  Macro discussions in front of smart suited audiences are tremendous ego boosters (and we know because we have done it) but there is no substitution in this business for good old “pavement pounding”.

Selling or Buying, you will find that we speak the language in plain terms. Our philosophy is “Client Understanding”. We will ask a lot of questions. Some will appear to be irrelevant, unimportant and/or useless. Some will turn out to be all three, but we don’t know which they are until we conclude the transaction. Bear with us. First and foremost, we ascertain your goals in purchase, lease, or, sale. That is easier said than done. In most cases clients only have general thoughts as to their motivation. We’ll bring a new set of eyes and ears. There is a saying “From the mouths of babes”.  Sometimes the ab initio questions of an outsider can cast a new light on matters. We will question your thoughts, not to change them but to completely understand. We may suggest different ways to attain your aims. Just because it’s not easy doesn’t mean that it’s not attainable.
